Overview:
In the Fiqh Course, students study important areas of Islamic jurisprudence and learn key legal terminologies such as Haraam, Halal, Ijtihad, Fatwa and Qiyas. These terms form the foundational vocabulary of Fiqh and help students understand Islamic legal discussions with clarity. The course covers essential topics such as beliefs, purification, Salah, Jumu'ah Salah, Tarawih, Eid Salah, funeral rites, Zakah, fasting, I'tikaf, Hajj and Umrah, marriage, divorce, oaths, buying and selling, usury and employment contracts. By completing the course, students gain a strong understanding of Islamic law and become better prepared to make informed decisions according to Islamic teachings.
Who Is This Course For?
Candidates should be at least 18 years of age and should be able to read and write Urdu.
